I felt like I needed some air, so this morning I set out to paint outside with the garage door open. As I heard the rustling sound of the morning wind, I became aware that time was stopping. All #socialdistance and #stayinghome aside, this sense of time slowing down became a constant thought in my mind, and soon my heart began to race. Was everything too quiet?
I am not above having #fear. Let that be known. That confession aside, it is facing a fear that makes us stronger, wiser. And if we overcome that fear? We create another version of ourselves. We rise to meet the moment. Time stops.
